Metalis Precision Engineering is a sub contract machine shop with over 30 years experience in delivering quality cnc machining of engineering products. At Metalis Precision Engineering, Our versatility allows us to take on everything from intricate small-scale cnc machining work to precision machining large-scale castings and fabrications, from highly intricate single components to high-volume production runs. We operate Mazak Multi Axis twin pallet machining centres with a single load capacity of up to 1700kgs dimensions 1250mm x 1250mm we also have turning capacity up to 380mm diameter x 1000mm along with Saw cutting up to 510mm o/d

Our machining expertise covers a wide range of materials, from low carbon steel to high value Inconel and titanium, ensuring we’re able to meet all your machining requirements.

Using High precision measuring equipment, including a built in machining centre CMM, to ensure the accuracy of each component.
